Ohealio is a telehealth company providing premium, personalised care in gut health, weight management, and targeted supplementation.

As lead designer, I partnered with Browser London to design the initial version of an intuitive user journey market place, guiding customers from discovery to booking their first consultation with confidence.

The challenges

Our mission was to translate a complex client vision into a simple and engaging digital experience. This required us to:
Define a minimal viable product (MVP) that captured the core service value without unnecessary features.
Design an intuitive first-time user journey that would drive initial engagement.
Ensure the initial design and system could scale seamlessly to accommodate new features, users, and evolving business models.

A centralized client Hub: A secure portal for existing clients to manage appointments, access consultations, and view their history.
A clear marketing presence: A strategic marketing website that clearly communicates the service's value proposition.
